PhD Candidate
Maha (she/her) is a PhD candidate at the Department of Anthropology where she is working on the material cultures of homemaking among internal migrants from rural to urban locations in India. She is an international student from India and holds a BA and an MA in Sociology, as well as an MPhil in Media Studies. Her past research has been on religion, visuality, disability studies and critical methodologies in the social sciences. She has several years of experience in commercial writing, research writing and academic publishing.
